Google Cloud - Security & Privacy
Design leadership across UX, Eng, PM, and VP stakeholders to design, deliver and evangelize many of GCPs core security products. I designed the first IAM experience for the Google Cloud Platform, and multiple iterations thereafter. I also designed Identity Aware Proxy, Google’s flagship ZeroTrust product. Individual contributions also included research, design & prototyping, implementation, launch, product strategy. Products I launched: IAM, IAP, Cryptographic Keys, Security Scanner, Cloud Identity, Service Accounts, Roles. I also received the Google Technical Infrastructure Award for my work on Identity & Access Management in 2017.

Led the user experience for Microsoft Surface pen and digital ink experiences, including hardware and dedicated software, as well as leading efforts across the company including Microsoft Research, Office, and Windows, as illustrated by multiple patents and international publications.
Designed, prototyped and developed new interactions across the family of Surface devices, including Microsoft Surface 1, 2, 3, 4, Go. Participated in many incubation projects in areas including tactile feedback, new form factors, music, and gaming.

Integration and authoring of XAML code with IxD design to create applications and SDK controls for use on an innovative multi-touch table based platform. Worked in conjunction with developers to ship pilot applications, R2 SDK, and P11 touchpack. A key member of an 8 person team to solve creative and technical challenges. Research, critical thinking and process development for XAML design & development workflow. Design of gesture and touch visualization system that was integrated into Windows 8.
Design and authoring of WPF based flashcards application. Design and implementation of sample applications for Multi-Point Mouse. Resource dictionary based theme creation for Grava application. Visual design of student portal pages and widgets.
UX design of a family based consumer product. Worked with designers and developers to create and integrate XAML code for final production.
